The organisers also alleged that hotels they approached in Kaduna had been warned against hosting the presentation, although they did not identify those allegedly responsible for the warnings or provide independent evidence to substantiate the claims.
In a press statement dated October 10, 2026, and signed by Abubakar Siddique Mohammed, Executive Director, the organisers said they received a letter cancelling their booking at Arewa House on Saturday.
