One person has sustained minor injuries after a five-storey building under construction partially collapsed on Durban Street, Wuse II, Abuja, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has confirmed.
The incident occurred on Saturday evening, with NEMA disclosing that it received an alert at about 6:30 p.m. and immediately mobilised emergency responders to the scene.

In a statement issued by its Press Unit on Sunday, the agency said it activated relevant emergency response stakeholders, including the Federal Capital Territory Fire Service, while its AYA Emergency Response Ambulance Bay team was deployed to coordinate search and rescue operations.
